Society of St. Vincent de Paul
Love Thy Neighbor.
San Ysidro’s SVdP conference is an arm of the larger Archdiocesan council and worldwide society founded in Paris in 1833 to help the poor through financial donations, other good works and prayer. The conference serves the Corrales community without regard to race or ethnicity, knowing that the village with its reputation for relative affluence has pockets of poverty and that people fall upon sudden hardships. Our mission — financed by your generosity — is to provide person-to-person service to those who are needy and suffering.
We are men and women of every age, every race, every income level, who share our blessings of time, talent, and treasure with those who need help and hope, regardless of their religion, age, or background. No work of charity is foreign to the Society.
Join our mission, and grow in spirituality, friendship, and service. Email SYSVDP@outlook.com or call 505-810-5761 for more information.
The San Ysidro Conference of the St. Vincent de Paul Society meets on the second Thursday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in Hendren Hall. In addition, a spiritual meeting is held on the fourth Thursday starting with 7:30 a.m. Mass followed by breakfast.
