At San Ysidro we offer adult faith formation programs, including Bible studies, religious education, and other opportunities for spiritual growth. Our goal is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for people of all ages to deepen their relationship with God and grow in their understanding of the Catholic faith. Nurturing Faith from First Steps to Confirmation

Strengthen your family's spiritual foundation by joining our Religious Education program. Classes are held during the regular school year and start with pre-K go through high school. Students are offered sacramental preparation and spiritual growth through the sacraments of Reconciliation, First Communion and into Confirmation.

Elementary & Middle school classes meet weekly on Sunday mornings, while Confirmation classes meet Sunday afternoons. All of our youth RE classes follow the Albuquerque City School Calendar. ADULT FAITH FORMATION

Our adult faith formation program at San Ysidro helps adults and families continue their faith journey. Programs range from bible studies to Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (previously known as RCIA), which is the process through which adults (and children of catechetical age) are formally initiated into the Catholic Church. It isn’t just a "conversion class"; it's a spiritual journey divided into four distinct periods. Also offered is pre-Cana marriage preparation which goes beyond the "wedding planning" (picking flowers or music) process and is intended to help a couple build a strong foundation for a lifelong, sacramental marriage.
